Relaxing Games LLC ("Company", "we", "our", "us", or "Relaxing Games") develops and publishes mobile game applications ("Apps" or "App"), and hosts a website ("Website") located at www.relaxinggamesllc.com. We respect the privacy of our Apps users ("User", "Users", "you" or "your") and we are committed to protect the Users’ information.

1. Your consent

   By downloading, installing and/or using our Apps or visiting our Website, you acknowledge and consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

2. Information collected from Users of our Apps and how it’s collected

   There are two types of information which may be collected from Users of our Apps:

   1. Non-Personal Information:

      We may automatically collect and maintain non-identifiable and anonymous information ("Non-Personal Information"). To put it simply, with respect to such Non-Personal Information, we are not aware of the identity of the User from which we have collected the Non-Personal Information. Non-Personal Information collected by us may include the following technical and usage data:

   2. • Anonymous data about your game progress (e.g. time at which you first opened an App, session start /stop time, in-app functionalities used, screens accessed, or when you complete an in-app purchase).
      • Anonymous data about your device, such as device brand (e.g. Samsung, iPhone, etc.), device model (e.g. iPhone 8, SM-G610F, etc.), type of operating system (e.g. Android, iOS, etc.), and device screen resolution (e.g. 1920x1080 pixels, 2048x1536 pixels, etc.).
      • If any App crashes occur, we collect anonymous device information provided automatically by your device to help understand what caused the crash.

      We may allow third party service providers and their partners to collect and process personal information, including:

   4. • Identifiers on your device, such as advertising identifier for Android AdID and for Apple IDFA ("Mobile Identifiers").
      • IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of a device.

      Third party service providers collect information through your use of our Apps, including, without limitation, through third parties’ SDK embedded in our Apps. Such information, including Mobile Identifiers, may also be stored locally on the Users’ device via generally accepted industry technologies used within our Apps, such as "cookies-like technology" and local storage (see section 9 below for further details with respect to Cookies and Local Storage).

      Please read section 5 below for further details with respect to third party service providers and their partners and the personal information they may collect and use.

3. Information collected when you contact us

   We may collect some information that you provide directly to us, such as via an email. For example, when you email us for App support, the personal information we may collect includes your name and email address. Examples of other information in your email may include information about your activity in our Apps, such as your game play and in-app purchases.

4. Information collected when you visit our Website

   We do not collect any personal information on our Website. We do not use cookies on our Website.

   Our Website is informational in nature and is used to host our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

6. Purpose of the collection

   The information abovementioned is collected and processed for the following purposes:

   • providing and improving our Apps as well as ensuring proper functioning of our Apps,
   • maintaining or analyzing the functioning of our Apps,
   • serving contextual advertisements within our Apps and to measure their performance, such as to allow for ad frequency capping, aggregated ad reporting, and to prevent fraud and abuse,
   • replying to a User’s questions and/or requests for App support, and/or
   • ensuring legal or regulatory compliance.

7. Sharing User information with third parties

   We may share your personal information in the following cases:

   • to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena or governmental request,
   • to enforce this Privacy Policy and/or the Terms of Use and Conditions, including investigation of potential violations,
   • to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues,
   • to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Relaxing Games, its Users, or the general public, and/or
   • when Relaxing Games is undergoing any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of the assets of Company, in which case it may also be disclosed, transferred and/or assigned.

   Furthermore, we may allow third party service providers and their partners to collect Users information so that they could provide hosting services on our behalf and to serve contextual ads in our Apps.

8. Advertising & marketing

   We accept contextual advertisements from third party ad networks which may be displayed in our Apps. Note that if you click on any of these advertisements, you will leave our App and go to the advertisers’ site or app, and the advertisers may use cookies and other web-tracking technologies to collect non-personal and/or personal information about you. We recommend that you review the terms of use and privacy policy for any advertiser with whom you and/or the User of our Apps are interacting before doing so. Their privacy policy, not ours, will apply to any of those interactions.

   In addition, we may advertise other Relaxing Games Apps or apps of our partners within our Apps. Such advertisements are not directed towards specific Users but are rather broadly posted onto random Relaxing Games Apps.

9. Cookies & Local Storage

   When you use our Apps, our third party service providers may use "cookies", web beacons, tags and local storage (or other similar technologies), which store certain local information on your device ("Local Storage"), to help deliver and analyze our Apps (e.g., to serve contextual advertisements within our Apps and to measure their performance, such as to allow for ad frequency capping, aggregated ad reporting, and to prevent fraud and abuse). Such information is locally stored in the User’s device and our third party service providers may access such information. Third party service providers may use both session cookies (which expire once you close the App) and persistent cookies (which stay on the User’s device until he/she deletes the App). You may prohibit and/or delete the Local Storage by uninstalling the App from your mobile device.

   Cookies are managed by our third party service providers who have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. Such practices are not covered by our Privacy Policy and we do not have any control over them.

10. Deletion, modification and retention of personal information

    You have the right to request access to your personal information collected by us. You also have the right to correct your personal information, have your personal information deleted, object how we use or share your personal information, and restrict how we use or share your personal information. You also have the right to withdraw consent where you have previously given your consent to the processing of your personal information, for example by uninstalling our Apps from your device. This will not affect any information processed before such withdrawal.

    If you wish to know what personal information we may hold about you (if any), or have it modified or deleted, please contact us at the email address below with adequate detail of your request and we will make reasonable efforts to modify or delete any such personal information pursuant to any applicable privacy laws.

    Unless you instruct us otherwise we may retain your personal information for as long as reasonably required for the purposes for which such personal information was collected, including without limitation, for future analytics and analysis, in order to comply with our legal or business requirements or obligations and to resolve disputes or to enforce our Terms, all as permitted under any applicable privacy laws.

11. Legal bases for processing your personal information

    We will only collect, use or share your personal information for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy where we are satisfied that:

    • our use of your personal information is necessary for answering your request or question,
    • our use of your personal information is necessary to support legitimate interests that we have as a business to provide our Apps to our Users, provided it is conducted at all times in a way that is proportionate, and that respects your privacy rights,
    • our use of your personal information is necessary to comply with a relevant legal or regulatory obligation that we have. For example, to maintain appropriate business records, to comply with lawful requests by public authorities and to comply with applicable laws and regulations or as otherwise required by law, or
    • you have provided your consent to us using your personal information for that purpose.

    Where the basis of processing is your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by uninstalling our App.

12. International data transfer

    Sharing of information sometimes involves cross-border transfers, including transfers from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions in accordance with the law. Your personal information is only transferred to entities in third countries that have provided appropriate safeguards to ensure that their level of data protection is in agreement with this Privacy Policy and applicable law, under standard contractual provisions which have been deemed by the European Commission to provide sufficient safeguards for personal information.

13. Age limits

    Our Apps are not aimed at children under the age of 16 years. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 16 years. If you believe that we may have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under the age of 16 years, please contact us at the email below and the information will be permanently deleted.

14. Security

    We take reasonable measures to maintain the security of User information and prevent unauthorized access to it or use thereof through generally accepted industry standard technologies and internal procedures. Please note, however, that there are inherent risks in transmission of information over the Internet or other methods of electronic storage and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or use of your personal information will never occur.

15. Changes to the Privacy Policy

    We reserve the right to change our Privacy Policy at any time and without notice as we add new features to our Apps, or as the law changes. You should review our Privacy Policy frequently to be up-to-date. Unless another date is given, the changes are effective upon posting. Your continued use of our Apps will signify your acceptance of the changes to our Privacy Policy.
